Features and Amenities of Our Villas
Our Abingdon villas are spacious homes with two or three bedrooms, featuring an attached two-car garage with an electric door opener. The full kitchen and dining room area make for wonderful dinner parties, with decks, patios or screened-in porches for drinks or a light lunch. Villas are situated in a neighborhood setting so our staff can arrange for any kind of services seniors might need.Â
Our Independent Living villas are monitored by a 24-hour patrol, supplied with all appliances, and offer both interior and exterior home maintenance. There is lawn care, twice-monthly housekeeping, scheduled transportation and a monthly meal allowance. Maintenance staff remove snow and ice throughout the cold months, keeping our paths safe and accessible.
Utilities are included, except for telephone, internet or cable. Additional villa features include floor coverings, window blinds, and basements or lower levels depending on the floor plan. Some of those basements or lower levels also have walk-outs.
